Hello, World

Okay, first post. The classic move here is to write a mission statement for the blog — “what to expect,” bullet points, the works. I’m not going to do that, mostly because I don’t fully know yet.

What I do know: I’m an IT student, I like taking things apart more than the coursework technically requires, and I keep a folder of half-finished projects that deserved a write-up and never got one. This is meant to fix that second part.

So expect some project notes, probably a few “how I finally fixed this” posts after losing an evening to a bug, and whatever I end up nerding out about that week. No promised posting schedule — I’d rather post rarely and mean it.
